What to expect
An accessible scenic pathway winds through the native bushland, connecting a series of interactive installations. As you explore you will learn about cultural connections to the land, local flora and fauna and the formation of the pristine caves beneath the Leeuwin-Naturaliste limestone ridge.
At the Ngilgi Cave entrance, our guides will meet you and lead your group on a one-hour fully guided tour. Together, we’ll descend a staircase through time to explore the cave’s exquisite formations. Watch chemistry in action, learn about limestone geology and the cave-adapted fauna that live deep underground. Marvel at stunning stalactites, stalagmites, twisting helictites and the beautifully coloured shawls that make Ngilgi Cave a truly unique experience.
