Educational outdoor activities that invoke wonder and respect for the history, wildlife and amazing natural landscape of the South West region.

Students investigate the stunning limestone cave environment of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge; relive the past at historical and operational lighthouses; encounter mysterious owls and powerful eagles at our Birds of Prey Sanctuary and adventure through the treetops of the legendary Ludlow Tuart Forest.

FOREST ADVENTURES SOUTH WEST

Experience the high ropes, archery and team-building activities on offer amongst the tall tuarts at Forest Adventures South West.

With 77 activities spread over 6 courses of varying height and difficulty, students of all ages (from 7 years old) and abilities can enjoy a fun, safe and rewarding experience.

As well as the high ropes, we offer archery and a suite of hands-on team building activities so you can make a day of it.

EAGLES HERITAGE WILDLIFE CENTRE

Meet some of the magnifcent resident birds of prey close-up during twice daily Birds of Prey Encounters. Birds of Prey encounters run for approximately 40 minutes at 11.00am and 1.30pm daily. The encounters feature the rare opportunity to have your photograph taken with a raptor.

The Centre provides the main care and rehabilitation facility for raptors in Western Australia. It currently offers a permanent home to over 40 birds of prey, including Eagles, Hawks, Falcons and Owls which are unable to return to the wild, with many more birds rehabilitated and released each year.

A 1km bush walk among native flora allows visitors to view aviaries housing resident diurnal and nocturnal birds of prey.
